Zde je p\u0159\u00edplatek 10 % z minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodinov\u00e9 mzdy.Pracovn\u00ed pohotovostJedn\u00e1 se o dobu, b\u011bhem n\u00ed\u017e zam\u011bstnanec pr\u00e1ci sice nevykon\u00e1v\u00e1, ale je p\u0159ipraven k jej\u00edmu v\u00fdkonu, jakmile ho zam\u011bstnavatel povol\u00e1.
